    Comfortable stay and good base.

    The property was very comfortable and well designed. Beds were comfortable with electric blankets. Water was hot for baths and location was good.

    All the cooking pans and pots were badly scratched telfon, which is a health hazard. Would have preferred a stainless steel pot - but this is an easy fix. It was quite cold for us in the living room although we turned on the heater to the hottest possible 30 degrees during winter. It was showing 20 - 22 degrees indoor temperature the first 2 nights.

    Warm house, centrally located in blue mountains.

    Ducted heating kept the house warm in cold wet weather

    The booking process. Also, while fire wood was provided as advertised, they were large logs that required splitting to get them to burn, even with purchasing kindling and smaller logs.

    Comfortable and easy location for our trip away

    We were a group of 7, staying for 3 nights. The property was presented well, spacious enough for our stay. The facilities were perfect and the location was on point.
