Overall nice, but few things can get even better.

Overall, it was a very good experience. The apartment is as described, host is responsive and polite. It is overall clean and has all the basic items you might need.

The speed of the internet was very low, the cutlery and plates were not very well washed or not functioning properly (knifes are not very sharp). There are way too many links for checkin, video instructions, the website of the stay and house rules are all separated, I would suggest having all of them in one place.
