Awful!
Room very nice upon first view. Problems with staff ruined our stay
1: the sofa”bed” was difficult to open. Phone call to management was difficult as we were told to “just lift it up. It’s a sofa bed.” Turned out the bed had to be managed from the top back. Ok we did that. 2: once opened it was obvious the sheets were not only not changed but had a ruin stain clearly visible. Additionally, when we had requested a blanket for that bed we were told we could not get one “because it is a couch not a bed.” 3: after complaining about the urine stained sheets we were switched to a second room. We again requested a blanket for that bed but were denied one because it’s a couch. Looks like sofa beds get sheets but no blankets. 4: Finally, we were told by the management team that they would contact their lawyers about our “harassment” which we can only assume was too many requests. My traveling companion and I are a doctor and an electrical engineer. Both grown women over 60 and never yet been subjected to such rudeness.

Vue magnifique mais avis mitigé
L'emplacement est idéal. Décoration très jolie. La terrasse propose une vue splendide. La salle de bain est très agréable.
Sur les photos Le jacuzzi est bordé de jolies plantes. Il n'y a plus que de la terre. A l'extérieur toutes les plantes sont laissées morte et sèches dans les pots avec quelques capsules de canettes... il y a un très grand transat en métal(bouillant au soleil) sans matelas. Pas de parasol sur cette belle terrasse. La décoration est très jolie. Les interrupteurs sont beau, moderne et très lumineux la nuit, gênant pour dormir. Aucune attention de bienvenue. Tout a l'intérieur est en supplément, même le café et l'eau. Lenprix du mini bar est excessif. Le prix de la nuit est très élevé, de fait on peut s'attendre à ce que tout soit à la hauteur ou au moins comme sur l'annonce.
