Absolutely gorgeous hotel with an incredible 10/10 dinner and fantastic rooftop hot springs! The staff speak excellent English, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. I'm not sure if every room comes with a private onsen, but mine did, and it was easily one of the highlights of my stay. There's something truly unforgettable about relaxing in your own private hot spring while enjoying the view. The hotel also has its own private parking lot, which is a huge plus when you're traveling by car in Japan. I genuinely felt a little sad when it was time to check out because I enjoyed this place so much. Overall, this hotel is an easy 10/10 for me. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends, and if I ever find myself in the area again, I'd happily stay here without a second thought!

Excellent experience, but not the most accessible.
The atmosphere was amazing, each room was equipped with its own private open-air bath which benefits those unused to the local bath culture. Highly recommend trying out the shared baths as well as the views of the surrounding hills are absolutely stunning. The 6th floor lounge has a great view, with a decent selection of free drinks, and even a late-night ramen. Dinner and breakfast service was decent as well, with a dinner selection that changes depending on the menu.
The room i received was on a lower floor, so the views were not ideal. The location can be quite inconvenient to get to, even though there is a shuttle bus to the bus station, best to plan your travels around the shuttle bus timings.
