Comfortable enough stay and nice to be away from crowds outside of town.
There's a very nice pool with a waterfall and a gorgeous lake view. It includes a spa bath that was cold water, not warm. Our room was pleasant with a similar great view of the lake. I can't this a luxury villa. It was basically a hotel room that was nice but there were no luxe features except the view. We were offered a 10% discount if we paid cash.
The shower head created a lot of overspray onto the floor and there were not enough "free" towels to allow for wiping up. Extra towels cost extra. The parking garage was a tad awkward with tandem spots 3 across and 3 deep. One side had a very steep slope near the entry/exit. We didn't have to negotiate that however, and never had to leave our key with reception. We weren't terribly excited by the restaurant where breakfast was served. It is a very popular evening spot but it allows smoking and we had to have breakfast outdoors because the odor was so strong. There weren't many options that interested us and the coffee wasn't our favorite.

Very pleasant, would recommend
We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony including the sunsets each night were fantastic. The bed was comfy. The lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming and happy to help. The hotel is on a very steep hill - we did walk up it but it was very difficult. There is a restaurant just a little way down the hill but there is nothing else in the area without going to the harbour front or old town. However, do not let this put you off, the hotel offers a taxi service for 5 euro each way which is extremely reasonable and reliable. I would recommend staying here again.
