    Wohnen wie die Römer von heute

    Das Appartement liegt ruhig und verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, allerdings waren die Stühle im Wohnzimmer alle ziemlich beschädigt. Alfonso ist ein freundlicher, sehr cooler Gastgeber, der gerne auf digitale Erklärungstools setzt. Diese funktionieren tatsächlich. Die Umgebung im Stadtteil Aurelia ist angenehmerweise gar nicht touristisch und eher preisgünstig. Man kommt mit Bussen und Metro einigermaßen gut in die Stadt. Kostenloses Parken an der Straße. Alfonso antwortet prompt und freundlich über WhatsApp.

    Wer Labancas House bucht, sollte wissen: Es handelt sich nicht um ein Guesthouse o.ä., sondern um ein Appartement im 4. Stock eines Wohnblocks mit insgesamt 50 ganz normalen Mietswohnungen. Wirkte auf uns etwas seltsam. Das Frühstück stellt der Gastgeber am Anfang in den Kühlschrank oder in die Küche (Joghurt, Milch, Saft, Marmeladen, Zwieback, gefüllte Hörnchen).
