A lovely stay with a great breakfast, made to feel very welcome by lovely people.
Great location, free parking lovely people, made us feel welcome. We enjoyed a great tasty breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, nice decor.

Excellent value for money with homely and welcoming hosting
Genuinely lovely hosts - Karen and Karl clearly enjoy what they do and it shows in their hosting. They couldn’t do enough for you. Immaculately clean rooms, very comfy beds and bedding and delicious hot breakfast with fresh cafetière coffee. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby for evening dinner options. Beautiful view out of the superior single room. I also found the guest book was very detailed and helpful and would be welcome to anyone not local to the area - info on doctors if needed, closest emergency care, dentist, local taxi firms and so on. We don’t often find ourselves in the area but Laburnum is absolutely where we will be coming back to if we need somewhere comfortable and welcoming to stay up north.

A great B&B for our stay at a Mobberley wedding. Very clean and comfortable with lovely hosts.
A good distance from the wedding location. Spacious room, very clean with good facilities. Really good cooked breakfast in the morning and lovely hosts.
Plane noise and road quite noisy too which can’t be helped.
