    Ausstattung gut, mit Balkon und Küchenzeile.

    Wegen der Lage mitten im Wohngebiet haben wir draußen keinen Parkplatz bekommen und wussten nicht, welchen Parkplatz wir in der Tiefgarage nehmen sollten, da sich der Gastgeber auf Nachfrage nicht zurück meldete. Dann kamen wir nicht auf das Gelände und ins Gebäude, weil es keinen Türcode am Eingang gab, den man dort eingeben konnte. Wir mussten warten, bis und ein Nachbar die Tür öffnete. Alles in allem waren wir wegen des schlecht funktionierenden CheckIns schon sehr gestresst, als wir in die Wohnung kamen. Dort funktionierte das WLAN und die Heizung auch nicht.

    Compact, comfy and great for our 1 night in Bolzano

    I didn't self check in (my fault) and then struggled to get in the building. Owner was very responsive with instructions and videos and we managed to resolve
