Joe was an absolute pleasure to interact with throughout the booking process. He was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and attentive, guiding us at every step and ensuring we had all the information we needed. His prompt responses, genuine warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Even when we shared our concerns, he handled everything with grace and understanding and did his best to accommodate us. What makes it even more special is that our kids have grown so fond of him that they keep saying they want to visit Joe uncle the next time we come to Goa! ❤️ That itself speaks volumes about the warmth and kindness he showed us. Thank you, Joe, for being such a gracious and considerate host. We truly appreciate your kindness and wish you continued success and all the very best! 😊

Host is great but property needs a revamp. Too cluttered
Location was decent
There was construction type work going on which made things messy everywhere

Not that comfortable as it looks.. Feel bad that I booked this place for 3 days
Aesthetic colour and Instagrammable place
Leakage in the toilet, the shower was not working, and the AC was dripping. I had to ask for anything four times, even for basic things. Also owner didn't allow us for early check-in which was just 2hrs whereas on last day from 3days booking we were leaving around 12am which was around 10hrs early.

Joe and the Cardoz Bros. were exceptional host with a brilliant property at hand! They were warm, caring, and extremely
The property was outstanding! It was organized as a collection of close-knit villas with multiple rooms of interest, pool, and a common dining lounge alongside the bar (Joe’s own bar ofc) I love how each villa faced the common spaces and were extremely accessible from the amenities!
Nothing specific really
