  Amazing option for a longer stay, if you don't plan to go downtown everyday

  The size of the room is great. The staff is amazing. The shower is great, we had great water pressure and hot water too. The airco worked great. The smart TV was a great addition. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows.

  The cleaning once every 4 days was a bit too long to my liking. The location is a bit far from everything, it wasn't too bad but the metro connection was the main problem, it goes once every half an hour and the other one isn't much better either. There was a certain bad odour when we first entered the room, something about the sewage either from the kitchen or the bathroom, I guess it hasn't been used/dry for a while. After a few days it went away. There was not much to do in the hotel itself, no cafe or food service. That's a bit too bad. Would have loved to have it.

  我们在首尔的一个临时温暖的家

  这是我们在首尔住得很满意的地方，下次还会再来。友好，便利，干净。酒店的马路对面就是地铁站，一旁也有很多公交车站，距离直达机场大巴6100的终点站很近，既可以步行，也可以打个出租车，出行很方便。出门几步远，就有一家便利店，有鸡蛋，水果等。再多走几步，就是一个美食街，可以吃到不同的食物。店员友好，下雨天，看到我出门，主动关心，还递来雨伞。

  也没有什么不满意的地方，就是卧室设施太简陋了一点。建议能增加两个床头柜，

  Not easy to find the location as a traveler (first time visit)

  An excellent stay in a convenient location, with spotless accommodation and exceptional staff.

  A great stay with incredibly helpful staff. Check-in was super easy and efficient, as was check-out. The apartment was spotless, practical and very well laid out, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. The location was really convenient. I was travelling with an elderly relative, so we mostly used Uber, which worked perfectly, but I also used the nearby metro when travelling on my own. Buses run frequently throughout the day too. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, supermarkets open late and a fantastic local market within walking distance. It’s a lively area during the day, yet surprisingly quiet at night. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They spoke excellent English and were incredibly helpful when I became unwell and needed to see an ENT specialist. Within five minutes, they had found a clinic around the corner, called ahead for me and written everything I needed on a Post-it in Korean. I was seen almost immediately and had my prescription shortly afterwards. As a foreigner in Seoul, that level of help was invaluable and I cannot thank them enough. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, in a heartbeat!

  Honestly, nothing! There is nothing I would change about my stay.
