Would definately recommend for anyone to go and stay here.
Very clean and cosy and had everything you would need. The welcome hamper was lovely and well worth the money and the communication from the owners was great. The area is beautiful and there are really nice places to go just a short walk away. Even though there are a few other lodges nearby it felt like you were on your own which was good.

Nice quiet getaway in a beautiful location
Great location. Had everything we needed. The dog exercise field was great to let the dog have a good run around.

Peaceful but basic
Quiet location and very clean
My daughter stayed one night with her dog I had already paid £25 for my dog but was charged another £15 for daughters dog for one night, it stated there was a footpath directly to beach which was untrue, you have to trek through fields one with sheep in them and then down a road that’s used by cars, think this needs to be taken off the description as there is not a direct footpath to beach & no other walks for dogs, no bin in bathroom, I was saying bye to my daughter on Sunday morning and Ian rudely interrupted, as he wanted payment right away for my dog , I was there another night so didn’t see the urgency to get it there & then!! Internet signal was also very poor! Sea views can only be seen from certain lodges also.

Lovely little holiday on a lovely little working farm
Log cabin was clean and tidy. It was super cute and we even got to hang with the sheep ans chickens who were of course excellent company. Kay was very attentive but not in any overbearing kind of way. The homemade bread, jam, marmalade, tablets, short breads and the teas and coffee were presented very lovely and they tasted amazing. Would definitely visit again.
The only thing that would have been nice is for some cooking oil and seasonings to be in the cabin.
