Bad Experience
Location is nice and the apartment is spacious and clean.
Bad experience. Payment was taken 14 days in advance. Checkin was not allowed before 4:00 pm. On top, when we requested a late checkout, we were told to checkout latest by 10:00 am. There was no lift and since there was reception or staff, it was complicated to checkin. There is literally no closet in this 3 bedroom apartment. TV doesnt work, wifi signals dont reach all bedrooms, there is just one washroom for three bedrooms, the owner keeps texting to take care of his apartment all the time. Overall a bad experience and will never recomment to anyone.

Fantasztikus hely!
Fantasztikus elhelyezkedésű szálláshely, gyönyörű bútorok, a konyha jól felszerelt. Könnyű volt a kulcshoz hozzájutni, egyértelmű instrukciókat kaptunk.
A fürdi mérete kevésbe volt zavaró, de kellene egy törölköző tartó, illetve hosszútávon a jelenlegi kialakítás nem fenntartható, mert felázik a parketta, a falak is vizesednek és nem tisztítható rendesen a belső felület, de ettől függetlenül számunkra megfelelő volt.

Inaccettabile
L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione.
Il bagno è minuscolo in proporzione a una casa di queste dimensioni, c'è un forte odore di fogna che arriva da bagno e doccia. La tavoletta del water (estremamente economica) era rotta. La 'stanza' della doccia era mezza ammuffita. C'erano insetti nelle lenzuola, fili elettrici non mascherati, buchi di tasselli nei muri mai stuccati. Inoltre la casa è al 4 piano senza ascensore e questo non è ben pubblicizzato nell'annuncio. Dalle foto sembra tutto molto bello, nella realtà è tutto molto vecchio e decadente. Inaccettabile un affitto a un prezzo del genere. Siamo andati via di casa due giorni prima della partenza prevista.
