The hotel and spa were absolutely beautiful, the facilities are great and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. Our roof also had a small issue with a leak and this was resolved very quickly by management and the maintenance team who were so helpful and friendly.
A small issue but it would be much easier to get towels for the spa at the spa itself rather than walking across to reception. Again, not a big problem but it would be a lot more convenient to get it from the spa.

Ubicación y entorno preciosos. Mucha naturaleza, que ayuda a desconectar muchísimo. Personal muy amable. El spa está muy bien, bastante completo.

Nice service, great buffet
We had problema with smelling in the room, but got a new room as soon as possible, the scaled shower heads should be changed
