    Tolles Hotel für ein paar Tage in Ulm - Sehr zu empfehlen

    - Zimmer groß, sauber und bieten alles was man braucht - Personal sehr zuvorkommend - Gratis Parkplätze vorm Hotel - Gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt (Haltestelle Straßenbahn direkt beim Hotel - Großes Frühstücksbuffet (Bietet alles was man braucht)

    Sehr gutes Frühstück, angenehmes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und auch die kleinen Goodies wie kostenloses Wasser / gesundes Obst ist sehr zuvorkommend.

    Leider war, bei rund 200 Euro pro Nacht mit Frühstück, das Mobiliar reichlich vermackt, Flecken an den Wänden vorhanden und ansonsten das Zimmer auch sehr notdürftig an manchen Stellen repariert. Das Hotel ist in anderen Zimmern weitaus besser und aus eigener Erfahrung bin ich normalerweise sehr zufrieden, dieses Mal allerdings überhaupt nicht. Auch, dass auf meine Reklamation nicht eingegangen wurde, finde ich beschämend.
