The sink in the bathroom is too close to the toilet for someone who is tall, it’s a bit awkward

Comfortable and quiet and helpful owner.
Good location, comfortable bed, good lighting.
The window shade does not cover the window 100%. People can see into the bedroom and you can see out. There needs to be more privacy. There is also a strong smoke smell that gets into the apartment, maybe from the other side of the building. The kitchen and bathroom will start smelling heavily of smoke during random times. This can perhaps be fixed by doing a better job insulating the wall, which is not fully finished in the bathroom and kitchen.

Super noisy construction above the apt from 7am. Lots of other noise from neighbours and motor bikes. Had lots of issue
