We checked in a couple of hours early like 11 am, and the same was applied on booking.com as well. But when we reached the property, after 2 hours they said you have to pay extra for 2 hours and were after us to make the payment. The wifi was not working and it took them 5 hours to get it operational. The property was complteley empty when we reached, yet they were not okay to even keep our luggage for 2 hours.

The host was after us to pay extra for 2 hours, even when we just wanted to keep the luggage.
