  Excellent villa

  Brilliant location and a well laid out villa. Pool was a great addition and we had plenty of space. The office was very helpful with helping us get access earlier to property and, when asked for extra towels, were promptly delivered.

  It was very hot in lower bedrooms as especially in the twin there was no moving air, better when we moved lounge fan down. To be fair we had a hot week with no wind.

  Lovely place for family to relax

  Good villa with plenty of space and location is great for food and bars!.. Literally couldn't want to be any closer! Pool was good.

  Lack of Aircon... The fans at the property are rubbish.. Not powerful enough. Not enough sunbeds too.

  Last minute booking exceeded expectations

  The villa was very clean and comfortable, lots of space for a large family. The facilities in the villa were great, it had everything we needed. Everything that was advertised on booking.com was there (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine etc). The pool was nice and clean and somebody came to clean it and check the levels twice during our 7 day stay which was great. The location of the villa was perfect for us, right next to the Campanario Centre and a short 5-10min walk up the road to the main strip. We had an issue with the pool during our stay and the hosts were SUPER responsive, got back to us immediately and sent somebody to fix the problem! No complaints at all.

  If I am being picky, the WiFi could be better (it only works on the main level, it doesnt reach downstairs or upstairs which was disappointing does the kids!) The villa is overlooked by neighbouring villas which is a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. Also the sun beds are very tired and could definitely do with being replaced!

  Disappointing stay

  The location was very good

  Cleanliness, no air con, very out dated and nothing like the photos on booking.com the basement rooms are awful and they smell you shouldn't really sleep down there, issues with WiFi, need new sun loungers they are bad, loose slabs around the edge of pool it's a shame because it could be really nice but it needs work because comparing to other villa's we have stayed for the same price this was a massive disappointment cos it's nowhere near as good as other places we have stayed
