    I really liked the location, as it is very close to the downtown shopping area and points of interest such as restaurants offering various types of cuisine and you can even walk to the beach, making access very easy.

    I didn't like that the walls were very dirty; upon arrival, it seemed the room hadn't been cleaned beforehand, as there was grime apparently left by previous guests and a lot of dust. I also disliked how noisy the place was; doors were constantly being slammed shut each morning, yet there was never an apology for the excessive noise nor any explanation for it. The housekeeping service left much to be desired. We requested housekeeping only twice: the first time, they didn't clean the bathroom or empty the trash; the second time, they did clean, but very poorly leaving the sink dirty and failing to take out the trash. The room is very small, creating a cramped feeling with no space to move around; everything is crammed together. The table isn't the right height for an average person it looks like a children's table making it very difficult to work at. The pillows were too high, causing me neck pain every morning. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the receptionist was very friendly.
