L'emplacement, le calme du quartier et la climatisation qui fonctionne bien et qui est silencieuse.
La douche fuit énormement. Manque de vaisselle plat et brosse pour nettoyer le barbecue. Le lave linge est hors d'âge. La piscine est à l'ombre dès 14h du coup l'eau est fraîche. Les voitures se garent devant le portail il est pas facile de sortir du parking. Et le seul toilette est dans la salle de bain.
