The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. The housekeeper demonstrated great attention to detail and did an outstanding job throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service — from the moment we arrived, the staff provided courteous, professional, and attentive service that made our experience truly enjoyable.

This was my second stay at Laila Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service. From the front desk to the waiters and housekeeping, every staff member was eager to help, making my stay truly memorable. I want to give a special mention to Enrique, my housekeeper, and Roberto, my waiter, who both went above and beyond, greatly enhancing my experience. Thank you, Laila Hotel, for an outstanding stay!

The Laila hotel is at a walking distance from the Diana and Angel de la Independencia monuments. It’s my second time there and I’ll come back.
