    דירה מרווחת ומאורת באיזור הסמוך לנמל חיפה. מיקום יחסית נוח ונגיש. חניה על בסיס מקום פנוי. הדירה מציעה הכל לשהייה כולל כלים לבישול בסיסי. נכתב בביקורת שהסביבה רועשת - בזמן השייה שלי היה שקט למעט קולות ורעשים רגילים וסבירים .

    תמורה טובה למחיר יחסית נמוך. נותן מענה לצרכים בסיסיים ללינה קצרה או ממושכת.
