Appartamento moderno, ben tenuto, accogliente e caldo.

    Very good

The view from the doorstep very nice. Also the noise level is ok, at night it is peaceful and quiet. Location is very good as a starting point for cycling trips. Size-wise it is perfect for a couple or a family with 1-2 younger kids.

The pool pic is misleading as the pool is not next to the apartment and is shared with the whole building block. The value for money is midrange.
