    I Hope Booking.com Removes This Listing

    Great location.

    This was an exceptionally poor experience and far below the standard of service I would expect in the U.S. The host was confrontational and extremely rude in response to nearly every message, even when I politely suggested that important parking information be placed more prominently in the very lengthy check-in instructions. Because the assigned parking space number was buried deep in those instructions, we had to move our car late in the darkness.. The host then began calling my personal phone number, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The floors were also noticeably dirty and sticky, our feet became dirty simply from walking around the unit. The kitchen surface had sticky spots. Pool also was closed. I have used Booking.com for many years and can hardly remember ever leaving a negative review, but this experience was truly unacceptable. There were several issues with the property, but the host’s aggressive and disrespectful behavior was by far the most serious. I strongly recommend that Booking.com review this property and consider removing this listing from the platform.

    Some noise from neighbors on Saturday night.

    the location was fine, across from a city park. the room(S) were nicely appointed. The bed was however a mess. not comfortable, and sleep was not on the agenda
