    The property was not cleaned since the last occupancy. I contacted the property manager to let them know and they said that it would be cleaned and ready when we returned from our event. Not so. There was a hamper with new linen and towels on the porch with no explanation. We changed the sheets and made do but this response was Not satisfactory.

    Nice place for bass fishing crew.

    Good parking for 3 bass boat rigs. Safe area, well stocked with cooking utensils, and grill.

    Needs more lighting under parking shed. But not that big of problem.
