    Beautiful place to stay, would have loved to stay longer.

    Loved the location and the room.Very well set out for a family. If the weather had been warmer the lake would have been more accessible, but was a beautiful of the lake and the remarkables.

    Slight stale cigarette smoke smell in the main bedroom particurlarly, also in the vent of the dryer. Also the dryer didnt seem to get warm to dry clothes.

    Very clean place and beautiful view. Only challenge we had was that this place is 3 level and with small children it was a challenge running up and down. Beside that place was very clean and beautiful. Great follow up by Ray. Small recommendation would be to put USB charging ports in the apartment as many tourists like us coming from overseas do not have the correct plug and need to use USB ports to charge.

    great facilities. but they have ruined our day of arrival. many interruptions to our travel before the checking date. ch

    excellent facilities. great location by the water.

    staff was not assisting during check in. we have to wait till 6pm on the day of checking. staff did not care about the tenants. we have been waiting outside the property more than 2 hrs after our tiresome travel internationally, even we have paid the full accommodation cost and security bonds.
