No frills but pet friendly & convenient location.
The house was in a convenient location and it was pet friendly.
Some of the house was updated but not all of it. For the price per night, other houses included a pool and were on the beach.

Overall the stay was worth the trip, just the beds were uncomfortable
The location was great. I love Kinnakeet shore neighborhood. The hot tub is a great way to relax and the kitchen supplies were well stocked.
The beds were not comfortable at all.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable and we had a nice time spending time with our family
It accommodated our entire family and we were not cramped up. Had everything we needed just needed to get it more organized and cleaned a little better.
It had some wear on it but I understand that it’s at the beach. If I were renting it out I would update the chipping paint, clean the green mold and organize the cabinets and closets better but otherwise it was okay

Family Vacay
We loved the screen porch, well stocked kitchen, hot tub and privacy. Multiple tvs. Playpen and high chair were added bonuses
A couple uncomfortable beds, a really high bed, no storage area for food that we brought with us.

Beautiful rental for the OBX area!
Great house, great host, beautiful home, amenities that were included were a nice touch, great communication with owners, over looking the lake was peaceful, a quick walk to 24/7 grocery store & the beach. Everything you need & would want for a trip to Avon, NC!
The weather wasn’t too good, so I spent more time inside than outside, but that isn’t the owners fault. I also did not get to use the hot tub because of the weather. I wanted to though… bummer! It was cleaned & filled ready to go when I got there, too. I have no complaints about the house itself though! Would definitely recommend 10/10 this place to friends!
