Great stay, lovely property and superb location.
Superb location, close to Ioannina but far enough away to access easily. Great view from big picture window and Taverna's were only a stones throw away.
Parking was not an issue but shame it was not possible to park in the adjacent parking lot (sign makes this clear on arrival).

The property had a great view of the lake. It was very clean and well-appointed. We appreciated, the treats, wine, coffee, jams, bread and butter that were available. There was adequate seating, hot water and spacious kitchen and bedroom storage. We liked the rural setting with chickens, roosters and cats all sharing rhe same space. It was funny to watch..Check-in and check-out were seamless.
We found the beds and pillows to be uncomfortable. The driveway is steep with no on- site parking which makes it difficult to load and unload luggage. There are 34 stairs to the home which could be difficult for people who are elderly or living with a physical disability. Bathroom lighting could be improved.

Η διαμονή μας στο Lake House ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Το κατάλυμα ήταν ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας άνετη και ξεκούραστη. Η θέα στη λίμνη ήταν υπέροχη και δημιουργούσε μια μοναδική αίσθηση ηρεμίας, ενώ η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική — πολύ κοντά στην πόλη, σε εξαιρετικό σημείο, χωρίς να χρειάζεται να ταλαιπωρηθεί κανείς με την κίνηση. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στην Αμαλία, την ιδιοκτήτρια, η οποία ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε, με ευγένεια και άμεση ανταπόκριση. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά, δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μας δυσαρέστησε.Θεωρώ πως θα επανέλθουμε και σίγουρα θα το προτείνουμε.

Καταπληκτικό σπίτι, ζεστό, πολύ άνετο, πανέμορφο, απίστευτη θέα, εξαιρερική η οικοδέσποινα. Αξίζει σίγουρα να πάει κανείς να μείνει στο Lake House!!! Βλέπεις όλα τα Γιάννενα αμφιθεατρικά εξού και η ονομασία "Αμφιθέα" που βρίσκεται το σπίτι. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να έρθει στα Γιάννενα. Εκτός όλων αυτών τα έχεις και όλα κοντά σου. Αξέχαστη εμπειρία!!!
Έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος!!!! Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό.
