food was excellent. The room is very spacious and good facilities. food and drinks are all inclusive.
Shuttle service(schedule)is limited and only dropping service to domestic airport. It is very inconvenient to the passengers who go to the New Chitose international airport.

Really unique experience. Wonderful in every way
Incredible design , wonderful ( enourmous ) room with every item you could need . Stunning view . The onsen was lovely . Staff all fantastic . Fabulous food

A sophisticated Onsen Hotel in front of a Lake of Dreams on Hokkaido.
The sense of place this hotel represents. It is in a small and local Hokkaido tourist village but a world apart from what one might expect. A place of simple elegance, quiet confidence, and sophistication at the highest level. I was there for one night on a trip around the world that started on Hokkaido. I could have stayed longer and will return
Nothing not to like here...If I were stretching I'd say offer more of a push to take advantage of the very charming activities on offer. I was there only a day and they were not offered to me but clearly could have been. There's a big push to inform you about the free drinks, food, etc. --which is nice-- but experiences and not booze-- create lasting memories.

Gorgeous lakeside escapade
The service was excellent, the room was huge and the view breathtaking!
The price is definitely on the higher end.
