    Very spacious house in a lovely quiet neighbourhood.

    We were not an aware when we booked that there is a separate basement property within the house. The photos and description on Booking.com suggest it is an entire house. We only knew about the basement apartment when we had the check in instructions a few days prior to our stay (when we were told where to park and informed about the door to the basement not to be used). Other guests staying in the basement were not excessively loud but we did hear them on multiple occasions (and I’m sure they heard us) and could smell when they were cooking etc. It wasn’t overly intrusive but we did believe when we booked that we had a private house to ourselves. As we were staying for more than a couple of days we would have appreciated more cleaning products and definitely a vacuum cleaner (the sweeping brush in the cupboard was not in a fit state to be used).

    Superb home with very very comfortable beds!

    Excellent beds in all 4 bedrooms. . Spacious house by . Easy access. Responsive hosts. Great backyard fur kids to play. Easy convient parking. Central location near Lake, restaurants. Very open large kitchen with clean, appliances including dishwasher! Wi-Fi included. Dryer available for damp clothes from playing on the snow
