    Not at all like advertised

    Room was not as the photos showed. I thought we were given the wrong room as it looked so different. Pool area was out of action so no pool or spa. we booked this hotel so we could enjoy a swim. Shame we were not contacted to say services were not as listed. We stayed two days and no sign of the pool area rushing to get back up and running. Carpet our main room was ripped but was covered by a rug but that was also ripped, I tripped on the ripped mat getting up in the middle of the night. Beds for 4 but only seating outside and around inside table for 2. Cutlery for 3. Parking was very tight. Guest Landry advertised but when I asked was told I had to get permission and a key from office and that it is very expensive. Our room was bad but I feel very sorry for the studio rooms across from us as the bathroom windows facing the landing were bathroom glass which you would assume no one can see through but as we left our room in the afternoon we could see straight through to the lady in her bathroom and she was unaware everyone on the first floor could see her getting into the shower.

    We left early for Home

    The young receptionist was a gem

    The fact that the toilet paper was at the end of its roll and we replaced it with another part used one only to discover it had feacal matter on the inside of the roll, the sheets on our bed were not clean either and no mention on the website whether the pool was our of order as we specifically booked for our kids to go swimming
