Awful! I would not recommend this to anyone until all renovations inside and out are totally complet

The beds were very nice and comfortable.

The Duplex is under construction outside. It was a huge mess. The back door was open when we came in. I would have immediately left if I was alone. Their was a dead frog on the floor when you entered the duplex. The water outside the property can not be used because of alligators which was a huge disappointment!

    Lake house duplex downstairs

Location , size, communication with owner

I had stayed in the upstairs part of the home a couple weeks ago and it was nicer more amenities cleaner , decorated nicer. so compared to the other level it wasn't as nice. It looks like they are still renovating the downstairs and once they are finished I think it will be as nice as the upstairs.
