  Location was fantastic, the house is very large with plenty of space for a large group, beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of towels supplied. Water flow in the two showers was great, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the two bathrooms were lovely. The back yard was very well planned with lots to interest groups of all ages. Due to inclement weather we weren’t able to use the pool which is a lovely area with a table and stools and an extension of the outdoor kitchen and patio area. The kitchen with lots of counter space was great with plenty of room for food preparation. Lots of wardrobe space in each bedroom with extra pillows and blankets easily available for use if needed. Entry to property was very easy with complete & easy to follow instructions provided by the host. There was ample parking at the front of the property (we had 3 cars). Also the folder of information about the property, prepared by the hosts was very useful and the welcome gifts of snacks and wine was an unexpected and lovely surprise. We didn’t want to leave this lovely property and highly recommend the property to all travellers and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you Nancy and Ian.

  Awesome location, perfect for a relaxing getaway

  All I would suggest is maybe it’s time for some new couch covers, linen, towels etc. all had little stains and bit dirty

  Comfortable and spacious well equipped home. Definitely keen to return.

  Absolutely everything! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and clean. The house was spacious and comfortable with ducted air conditioning . There was an outdoor BBQ and pizza oven and laundry with an additional toilet. There was also an outdoor shower - very handy when using the very clean pool. You were able to walk out the back gate to a great walking track along Tuggerah Lake. Communication with Ian was excellent. Gifts of wine and chips were a lovely add on.

  Communication from the owners was great. They made the effort to accommodate all our needs and even left a little welcome gift. Our family enjoyed our stay
