    Overall, we enjoyed our family time here - the property has plenty of space & potential for group stays.

    First time visiting the Central Coast and we had a nice family weekend staying at this property, which was a good size for a group booking. The house was spacious, with lovely views of the lake and a great outdoor deck, entertaining area. The pool table was a nice added touch, and the location was convenient, with local shops and takeaway options nearby. Suzie (host) was very friendly, check-in was easy, cleanliness was generally acceptable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together.

    There were a few areas that could be improved. There were no dishwasher tablets provided, only a handful of coffee pods for the coffee machine (although there was a full jar of instant coffee), and no milk supplied. Note the downstairs bathroom door doesn’t close due to location of washing machine, which caused some privacy issues whilst trying to shower & use the loo. The garden could do with some maintenance (there was a general feeling of neglect to the garden) and the fire pit was rusted through. Unfortunately, the mattress on the double bed in the upstairs bedroom overlooking the driveway was very old and uncomfortable, although the other members of our group found their beds comfortable.

    The location and its spacious rooms.

    Only 2 wineglasses (we bought more at shops), no bathmats, unable to close ground floor bathroom due to position of dryer & neglected gardens/lawns.

    Comfortable and well equipped

    The house was nice and well equipped for the stay. Beds were comfortable. Would choose to stay there again.
