    Good value for money in a good location

    Good location close to everything

    Still has a wobbly leg on the sofa and needs a feather duster in out of the way areas to get rid of cobwebs

    Clean and good location with driveway parking

    Clean, driveway for parking, good location with lots of facilities within walking distance as was the beach c20 mins

    Didn’t bother me but may bother others surrounding area is a little run down but not where the property itself is.

    Very spacious comfortable house

    Master bathroom shower was unusable. Very little water pressure due to limescale so family used had to use cramped
