Disappointing, clumsy setup and not value for money
Location and availability at short notice; mirrors in room very useful
Appeared tired and old; No lift to move luggage, all stairs, parking terrible ie either one of 3 spots near front door (in rain), or at some distance from the 'hotel'. Very noisy, cramped bathroom with metal fixtures sticking out in egress zones (toilet area/shower entry),external lights on all night and just not as expected ..Did not seem to be value for money. Left first thing at 8am next morning just to leave and check out- went back to office.

Good value, good location.
Rooms opening onto the grass are lovely. The complimentary car parking is a great bonus. The area is nice and quite but still close to major roads and the metro.
I chose not to eat at the restaurant. As since last time I was there the menu has been updated to indicate that all the meat dishes are halal. Halal is a cruel process and shouldn't be allowed in Australia. I avoid all restaurants in this respect.

The size of the room, clean room, comfortable bed and sofa
Since our room is located on grand floor, there is no patio which was disappointed as the room information says the room with patio when I booked the room.
