Beautiful lakeside location, but overpriced accommodation with unresolved maintenance issues, poor customer service and
The location directly by the lake was beautiful and very convenient. The accommodation itself was clean upon arrival.
Considering the price of US$ 884.72 for only two nights, we expected a much higher standard. We had originally booked Room 5, which included a terrace. However, we were informed before our arrival that the room was being renovated and were instead assigned Room 4 on the first floor without a balcony or terrace. The window blinds were broken and were not repaired during our stay, which significantly affected our comfort and privacy. One of the slatted bed bases collapsed and could not be used properly. The shower dispensers were empty, and only two small bottles of toiletries were provided instead. We contacted the property on 24 July to report these issues, but unfortunately we did not receive any response throughout our entire stay. The only message we received was the check-out information, which appeared to be an automatically generated message. Overall, the accommodation did not provide the quality, service or value we expected for the price

I was able to get the code.
My room was changed from #5 to #2. This happened while i was on the road and not able to get my miessages. When I finally got the message, I could not downlad the info due to lack of cell service. It took a while...but ultimately, we got into #2.

For $600 a night this is definitely a rip off!
We liked that it was close to everything and we like the little balcony with barbecue.
The bed was completely shot! Sloped to one side and big holes in the middle, pillows were basically nonfunctional either super hard or super flat. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers, coffee pot did not work, no hooks to hang anything and no drawers!

Great location
The location was great! Also loved the pillow, they were really comfortable.
The power didn't work and when I tried to contact the guy who was listed as the emergency contact, he did not reply to my call or texts. I called him again and he finally helped by having the on-site contractor to come and fix the situation. Also the room next to us had a sewage problem that made it smell bad for a few hours.
