    Valencia lakeside lodge stay

    We liked the setting and site. The decking was spacious with good furniture. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchin had good facilities. Location to lake was exceptional and fishing good. Ability to take dogs was ideal.

    The only downside were the sofas, they are not very comfortable and it was difficult to settle in the evening.

    Good base for day at the seaside

    Good base for a couple of nights, looking out over the lake. Lots of outdoor furniture on the enclosed veranda which was great as we had good weather. Kitchen includes a dishwasher - but no dishwasher tablets provided.

    The beds were so soft, felt like you were going to roll off - could do with new mattresses. The caravan is very close to the train line which is not mentioned but the trains are fairly quiet. The lounge sofa seating area not the biggest or most comfortable. The extra cleaning charge for a dog was £25 which was added onto the cost after I had paid. I think it should be included in the price but apparently it’s how booking.com work.

    Comfortable and quiet with a lovely view. Good to sit on the verandah watching the ducks and geese Mostly well equipped

    We would have liked a vacuum cleaner as we have 2 dogs. Not easy to clean carpets with 1 broom for inside and out. Couldn't park by caravan so had to do a few trips to unload and reload.
