    Had to leave early due to hurricane and didn’t receive a refund for missing 2 nights

    Apartment was perfect, but everything else was lacking

    The actuall apartment was amazing and our host was the best

    I didn't like the loudness of other guests. Also half the elevators were not working and limited parking. We had to park in a garage far away. Also the pools were very dirty with hair and debris. The room was amazing but everything else was not.
