nicely set out, lounge and mattress need replacing due to comfort, everything was there we needed. Walls in main room near bathroom shutters need a clean and I would recommend a toilet cover for seat.fantastic location for the Q Train

Great for a quick stay
It wasn’t fancy but good for a quick stop over. . Inside was very clean
The outside table and chairs were all dirty and could do with a good cleaning. The outdoor areas are well maintained garden wise but not the furniture

Beautiful memories
Hi Team Hotel Lakeview, We liked our stay but could have loved our 2bd time use of your hotel if not for the following reasons: 1. Bathroom door was sticking to the floor making a very loud noise while shutting which caused us a disturbance...especially in the night 2. The body lotion bottle hadn't been replenished (it was empty). Thought Housekeeping would have taken care to see it needed to be replenished. 3. The plug point to put on the kettle & microwave is in such an awkward position making it extremely difficult for us to put the wires into the sockets for use. It should have been installed on the side or at a higher point for guests to use without inconvenience. 4.. The towels (hand & bath) were so rough & felt like sandpaper against our skins 😳 Surely fabric softeners could have been used...? On the brighter side though, we loved the comfortable bed & automatic connection of wifi 👌 5. The plug point on right side of the bed for second guest was installed behind the bed making it inconvenient to use it to charge our phones. We used our login for Netflix & U-Tube, please ensure the login gets disconnect (i was unable to disconnect out of our login account. For some odd reason) The easy keyless access was superb!! Rest all was lovely 😃. Thanks heaps Kelly
