    Wonderful stay at this fabulous ryokan! Lovely quiet location away from the tourist bustle. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The rooms were traditional style and very spacious and comfortable. The onsen was just perfect - sitting outside in the hot water was amazing. And the food! So good and so much of it. I cannot recommend this ryokan more highly.

    A Peaceful Stay with Excellent Service and Divine Food

    The hotel is conveniently located near the Gora station, making it easy to get around. The service is excellent, and the food is absolutely divine. I particularly enjoyed the onsen baths, as well as the private bath available for 30 minutes each day with advance booking. The hotel has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, making it a lovely place to relax.

    The hotel feels a little dated in some areas, although it is well maintained. The room is also a little on the small side.

    A very calm and secluded ryokan, just a few minutes walk from the station. The staff were lovely, accommodating and very nice

    It could do with a bit of modernizing but then again isn’t that the charm ?
