Guests are required to specify their desired bed configurations when booking their accommodations. Opening hours and key collection are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. For outside of these hours, our out-of-hours contact number is 020 3988 0220, and self-service check in is available, and instructions will be sent before your arrival. Keys will be given from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Luggage can be stored for arrivals before 16:00 until the apartment is ready. Please note that guests are responsible for keys during their stay. If you are locked out outside of office hours, there will be a GBP 50 call-out charge. Please note that there is no elevator at the property; however, luggage assistance can be provided during office hours. Weekly housekeeping is provided free of charge for bookings over 7 days. Please note that each apartment has been styled differently, and as a result, the photos may differ from your allocated apartment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
