    The staff were lovely and accommodating. The property is traditional and very well maintained. The room reasonably comfortable. Free use of the mini fridge was a nice gesture. Breakfast service by the young gentleman was great. Clean.

    The triple room was a little small for luggage placement for three people. The bathroom was a little awkward with the toilet directly in front of the window, difficult to achieve natural light, and had to go downstairs to use an iron. Very expensive. We preferred other locations in Milan that did not feel so touristy.

    A pleasant stay in a peaceful location

    The hotel was in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but there were good tram connections within easy walking distance. It was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bedroom was peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good.

    The bedroom needed an upgrade. The wardrobe was very small with only four hangers at a high level and there was no drawer space for clothes etc. The corner shower was very small and the shower head turned towards the wall when the shower was turned on, making it difficult to shower.
