    Spacious house and handy for Lincoln

    Very spacious house with a comfortable living room with 3 sofas and a big kitchen at the back plus a utility room. Kitchen/utility was well equipped with 2 fridges, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher. There are 3 largish bedrooms upstairs, each with multiple beds, and a small double. 2 bedrooms have decent sized en-suites and there is a shared bathroom for the other 2. The beds were comfortable and equipped with nice light summer duvets, though the pillows were a bit flat. There is lots of parking space at the front. It's easy to get into Lincoln and we ate at a lovely pub in Nettleham only 5 minutes away. Its worth noting that the points raised by previous guests had been addressed i.e. there were mirrors, toilet rolls and soap in the bathrooms.

    Could do with a fly swat as a few flies had managed to get into the downstairs rooms. While most of the important aspects like bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, we thought the floors could do with a more thorough sweep or vacuum.

    NEVER AGAIN!

    Location was good for the purpose of our visit. Spacious kitchen allowing ease of access for our son who is a wheelchair user.

    There are no mirrors in the bathrooms and lack of kitchen equipment for a property allegedly for up to 13 people. More importantly there were two serious issues: 1. The host took payment twice for the stay. The second payment was later refunded after having been brought to the host’s attention on our return home. 2. A BED BUG INFESTATION - see photos. The host agreed to provide fresh bed linen and a new bed was made up in a different bedroom. We had tried to arrange alternative accommodation before accepting this offer but as we needed wheelchair accessible self catering accommodation we were unsuccessful. At the time of writing this review issue 1. is resolved but no reply from host regarding any compensation for the impact of the bed bug infestation which is still causing discomfort some 3 weeks after our stay.

    Great space, so easy for Lincoln and really good communication

    Really spacious and well appointed

    It was perfect, but we are fussy on pillows- brought our own.
