Location was great and a beautiful building but disappointed that we had workers right at the window early in the mornin

The room was small. The bedding was too warm and in the morning, there was a crane right in front of our window on the top floor, doing some work on the roof

Comfortable stay in historic mansion. Everything you need is here!
Beautiful historic building, comfy bed, great shower, quiet, breakfast and dinner were amazing, staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The pool and gym were good too. Free access to the old mansion next door was really interesting. Lovely gardens to explore.
The only thing that was a bit weird was the bed wasn't made very well. This was probably just a one off oversight.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful historic buildings.
We really enjoyed our last-minute stay at Lancemore, Werribee Park… We arrived later in the evening, but still managed to have a couple of rounds of snooker on the huge table in the foyer! I had read a few reviews online prior to booking.. *yes the beds are soft, but we had a great sleep! *yes the rooms are small, but comfortable & cosy. *yes the buffet breakfast might not have a massive spread, but it definitely has ample to choose from and what many other hotels offer. We couldn’t complain! We had somewhere we had to be the next morning, but came back in the afternoon for our complimentary tour of the Mansion. The garden & grounds were so peaceful, even though it seemed quite busy. Our lunch in the Parlour Cafe was delicious and our tour of the mansion was great!
I don’t think I can fault anything.
