    Wunderschönes Appartement, mitten an der Strandpromenade mit traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer

    Der Ausblick auf den Strand/das Meer von der Terrasse war unglaublich. Küche war eher klein, hatte aber alles was man gebraucht hat. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Im Bad gab es gratis Toilettenartikel von Rituals. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll, eher dunkel. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und trotzdem gut gelegen um in die Altstadt zu gelangen. Von den Nachbarn hat man kaum etwas mitbekommen. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Größe und war perfekt bei den kalten Temperaturen im Atlantik für die Kinder.

    Bei starkem Levante Wind vom Landesinneren gab es in der Nacht ein ständiges Pfeifen im Schlafzimmer, sodass wir eine Nacht auf der Couch geschlafen haben. Die Betten waren leider etwas unbequem und wenig Ablagefläche für Gewand. Das Haus per se ist schon in einem alten Zustand. Der Garagenplatz war der engste, den wir bisher in Spanien hatten. Es ist ratsam ein kleines Auto zu mieten um in die Garage zu gelangen. Auf der Straße findet man keinen Parkplatz da alles ständig zugeparkt ist. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ist der Lift kaputt gegangen, aber damit rechnet keiner.

    Perfect beach front apartment

    Beautiful apartment in a great beach front location. The view to Africa is magnificent and the sun set. All domestic appliances are quite new and in perfect condition. Maybe the best part is that there is air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms! This seems not to be a norm in Tarifa. Way to go Iker! The apartment was really clean, spotless. Wifi was good and our child used smart TV. We especially enjoyed the balcony. What a view to have a breakfast. The nice beach is just in front of the building. We spent a lot of time there although there is a pool too. There is a small group of restaurants on the other end of the building for example for lunch. It is about 15 min walk to the old town where is a lot of restaurants and bars. For meat eaters I recommend Vaca Loca in the old town. Golosa ice cream bar has delicious caramelized date ice cream near the harbor. You have to try it! Near the apartment is a really good gluten free bakery Ecobakery Gluten Free. A big recommendation! Elena took good care of us during our stay and always answered promptly to questions. There is a parking garage underground but it is really tight. Especially getting out from there is a bit of a challenge. Only for small cars. We had a Skoda Kamiq and I barely got out from there. There are free parking places in front of the building though. We stayed for a second time here and would still come again.

    The elevator was out of order during our stay so carrying the luggage to the top floor was a little bit sweaty. Otherwise it did not bother us.

    Loved Tarifa despite the wind

    So close to the beach

    Great terrace and really appreciated the beach bag with two beach mats, nice touch
