    Hotelfunctie viel tegen maar het restaurant was prima

    Het beste was het restaurant; prima eten met goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Wel maar 4 dagen per week geopend.

    Op zich op het eerste oog prima locatie. Echter de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding mijns inziens niet oké voor hetgeen ze bieden. De badkamer had beslist onderhoud nodig. Bij aankomst was de kamer maar ingericht voor 1 persoon terwijl duidelijk voor 2 geboekt was. Kortom gewoon slordig en dat gold ook voor het ontbijt. Je moest iedere ochtend voor dingen vragen om bij te vullen terwijl er maar paar kamers bezet waren. De jonge man die voor het ontbijt moest zorgen had duidelijk een cursus klantgerichtheid en effectiviteit nodig. Samenvattend: het hotelgedeelte heeft duidelijk aandacht nodig wat betreft kwaliteitsaspecten en klantgerichtheid.

    Lieber vorher anrufen, ob das Restaurant geöffnet ist und ob jemand vom Personal im Hause ist.

    Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal freundlich.

    Das Hotel war als Landgasthaus mit Restaurant beworben. Tatsächlich ist das Restaurant Mo - Mi geschlossen und der Gast kann selbst den Parkplatz und die Zimmerschlüssel suchen und sich den Weg in das Zimmer bahnen. Weit und breit um das Haus war keinerlei andere Restauration. Für einen Zimmerpreis von 110 EUR incl. Frühstück (das Frühstück war recht gut) ist das etwas sehr wenig Service. Hätte ich diesen Umstand bei der Buchung erkennen können, hätte ich die Unterkunft nicht gewählt (zumal Check- in bis 22:00 Uhr avisiert war, was ja einem betriebenen Restaurant entsprechen würde).
