    Der Umgang der Gastgeberfamilie mit uns und den anderen Gästen war freundlich und sehr herzlich. Es war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

    une totale déception à tout niveau, la gérante est très désagréable et anti-commerciale.

    Je pensais que c'était un hôtel et pas une chambre d'hôte. Il n' y a pas d'ascenceur, j'ai du faire 2 étages à pied pour monter à la chambre alors que j'ai des difficultés à marcher. La gérante est très désagréable, elle m'a dit , c'est vous qui avez réservé chez moi il y a un an et " Je ne vous ai pas obligés à venir chez moi ". Il n'a a pas de ventilateur ou air-co dans la chambre, les armoires n'ont qu'une porte qui s'ouvre. On est reparti le jeudi matin au lieu du Dimanche matin, tellement on en avait marre. On a heureusement trouvé un au hôtel au pied de la route du Grossglockner. Je ne retournerai jamais chez cette femme, elle est aussi agréable qu'une porte de prison. A DECONSEILLER ABSOLUMENT.....
