    We spent five wonderful days at Landhaus Hindenburg in August. Our apartment was perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. The property itself is beautiful — it feels a bit like staying in a botanical garden, with so many different plants and flowers all around. There are plenty of lovely places in the garden where you can sit and have breakfast under a tree, read a book surrounded by flowers, or simply relax by the saltwater pool. It’s a truly peaceful place and perfect for getting away from it all. Our hosts, Christine and Joseph, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were always there if we needed anything and made us feel every day that they were genuinely happy to have us as their guests. Breakfast isn’t included, but we could order fresh bread and pastries, as well as fresh vegetables, fruit and other local treats, for the following morning. Everything was waiting for us outside our door when we woke up — it was such a lovely way to start the day. We really hope we’ll have the chance to come back and see Christine and Joseph again soon.
