  Leider hatten wir die Zimmer direkt zur Hauptstraße, daher sehr laut. Zimmer selbst sind am neuesten Stand und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich.

  Friendly and helpful staff members. Not great for sleeping.

  The staff members are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You need to message them about one hour before arrival, and they don't usually reply, but they do read your messages and will be there when you get to the hotel. The host was very helpful and drove me around town to show me where the amenities were. Just a heads up, there is no laundry service at the hotel, but if you search for the local 'Wash.me' on google maps you can wash clothes there. The staff immediately helped with any requests and changed my room when I asked for it. There is a 20 euro cleaning fee for this. The breakfast is what you would expect for a hotel in Germany or Austria (cheese / meat / vegetables etc...) , it kept me going throughout the day. There is sparkling and still water available on tap at the reception, which was very helpful for me during the heatwave. Additionally, the rooms are very clean. They are cleaned daily and your linen and towels are changed per your request by leaving them on the floor of the bathroom.

  The hotel was not great for sleeping in. Firstly, although the walls and doors and well soundproofed, the walls are not. They are quite thin and you can hear a lot of noise coming from the other rooms and also the corridor between the rooms. Especially, you can hear the other guests walking around in the room above you or rearranging furniture. The cleaners seem to start cleaning the rooms pretty early (around 5am/6am). As a result, you can get woken up by the sound of them moving about the hotel as they seem to start on the top floor. Additionally, the cleaners don't seem to knock before entering the rooms. On one occasion, the cleaner came into my room without knocking trying to find her lost key. Luckily, I had just finished getting dressed. I had to go to sleep quite early (around 8pm) and sleep on the floor of the bathroom to avoid being woken up by the noise from other rooms and the cleaners. Some advice to management: soundproof the walls, make the floors softer to avoid noise leaking through the ceilings, and please tell the cleaners to knock before entering rooms.

  Zimmer ssuber und neu,alle mit Klimaanlage. Gastgeber sehr freundlich.

  Leider sind die Zimmer im Parterre hellhörig zum Frühstückszimmer und wir wurden dadurch um 6h durch Geschirrklappern und Gästen geweckt.
