    Wir waren als Freundesgruppe sehr gut untergebracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

    Die Lage zum Wald, die freundliche Hotelbesetzung und das Frühstück waren super. Ein großer Aufenthaltsraum läd zum gemeinsamen gemütlichen Erzählen oder Spielen ein.

    Als wir ankamen, roch der Frühstücksraum etwas verraucht.

    Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und mit dem Auto ist man in knapp 10 Minuten am P+R in Wernigerode

    Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal inkl. Chef sehr nett. Schöne Lage und Ruhe.

    Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

    Mir hat nicht gefallen das mein Buchungsbetrag von 240,10€ doppelt abgebucht wurde . Einmal am 04.08.26 und das gleiche nochmal am 01.09.26 . Das Hotel meint er hat es weitergegeben und jetzt müssen ich und noch 13 andere Gäste ihrem Geld hinterher laufen. Was können wir noch dagegen tun ?
